i have tried it and love it it is one of my favorites and is my absolute favorite under $20
YES! I have used it and previous only used Lancome mascara. Super affordable, cleans great (I wear contacts). Hard to come by in Honolulu, which is how I found this blog cause I'm trying to order this over the net.
